When he’s not on a job site, you’ll usually find him traveling, spending time with his family, or exploring new places and cultures. He enjoys learning new things and staying curious about the world around him.
At the core, Benjamin is someone who values hard work, growth, and the people closest to him. He’s always striving to keep life balanced—building well, living well, and staying grounded in what matters most.
Meet Benjamin
Raised in Southwest Florida, Jen discovered her passion for design at a young age, something that would eventually shape both her career and calling. With a degree in Business Administration and over 23 years of experience in the construction and design industry, her journey is one built on dedication, growth, and a true love for creating beautiful spaces.
She began her career as a receptionist for a large home builder and, through hard work and determination, worked her way up to become a Design Consultant. Jen went on to work with a high-end builder in Naples, Florida, where she had the privilege of helping homeowners bring their dream homes to life with intention and creativity.
In 2008, she met her husband, who shares her passion for the construction industry. Combining her eye for design with his building expertise, they founded Benitez Construction & Design in 2013—a partnership rooted in both love and vision.
Today, Jen considers it a true blessing to work alongside her husband each day. Together, they are passionate about what they do and find so much joy in turning their clients’ dreams into reality.
